Level 60 Inquisitor Skill Build in Dragon Nest [T4]

Level 60 Cap has finally arrived in Dragon Nest SEA. This Cap update brings a lot of things to the game. Some good ones and some bad ones. The good ones are the new ex skills dungeons and new items of course and some example of the bad ones is the COLESSEUM EXPERIENCE AND RANK RESET. Once you have log in to your account, if you are already an Imperator in the level 50 cap, you will be an egg at level 60 cap. :D. 

Well, let's not make that a big issue because like it or not, we can't do anything about it. Let's just focus on the good stuff and one of them is the level 60 skills. There are two skills available to each class at level 60 cap in Dragon Nest SEA and both of them are Ex version which only means that it is an improvement of your current 2nd job skills. 

You might say that... "aw,, that's pretty boring". Well, that what's I think at first but then I realize that it is better to get ex version than active skills as it will surely be hard for players if there are many active ones.

Anyway, let's end the talk about that matters and proceed to seeing my recommended level 60 skill build for Inquisitor in Dragon Nest SEA [T4].

Skill Distribution Explanation

If you have followed my level 50 skill build for Inquisitor, then by now you would probably see great changes.

At the cleric skill tree, the block is still at 4 as it is pretty sufficient for me in this state. Then the HEAL skill is at max level. And the passive enhancement namely HP and MP Mastery, and Mind Conquer is at max level. You really need the MP and Mind Conquer by the way as of now, the MP consumption is pretty fast. I don't know if this is a bug or this is how it works now at level 60 cap. But no matter what is the reason, you need this passive enhancement.

On the Priest skill tree, Detonate stays at level 6... Why did I left it this way? Well probably to maximize chain lightning. Detonate works well for me at the past but as I progress and played my Inquisitor for a long time, I decided to just level it to 6 for the purpose of flinching the enemies (at PvP). At level 6 anyway, it can deal decent damage and I am comfortable with this for now.

As you can see, I choose to max Chain Lightning as based on experience, it does decent damage on PvE and with its Ex version now. Oh right! Talking about the Ex version, let us see them first...

Mind Breaker Ex- Mind Breaker is enhanced. After travelling for some distance, the area is increased and damage is given for 3 seconds, and weak enemies are slowly pulled/ Causes a big explosion at the end to electrocute enemies and push them away. When all attacks are hit, attack power is increased by 50%. When electrocuted, light attribute is reduced by 15%.

Chain Lightning Ex- Chain Lightning is enhanced. Additional lightnings are summoned to hit electrocuted enemies. Attack power increased by 30%.

As you can see, Chain Lightning can deal extra damage with the extra lightning summoned for electrocuted enemies. It would be wise to get this level at least at level 11 for that decent damage and as well as the extra jump of the lightning to enemies.

For the Mind Breaker part, I think that it is best left at level 1. The first question that you will ask yourself before maximizing a skill is that: Does it deal decent damage? For Mind Breaker, it doesn't deal that much of a damage to PvP and as well as to PvE. However, this skill is still a thing of beauty especially now that it has its ex version. As you may know the skill can knock back enemies and there are certain times that you can stun them, which is perfect in PvP. And now, it has the electrocution effect which only means that from we now have the chance to electrocute an enemy permanently if you cast the right skills at the right moment (chaining your electrocution skills to achieve that perfect electrocution effect). The damage isn't that good, but the utility it gives is really decent. So I think that it is best left at level 1 to get the Ex version.

Other changes made on this build is maximizing Bind Relic for its crowd control purpose. And there's the controversial Wand Mastery. At this point this passive now doesn't only gives additional magic power to your heal relic but now, it also gives you extra magic attack power directly. So that is why I have maxed this skill. However if you prefer Light Attack than Magic Power, you can minus some points on this skill and put it on Cure Relic.

Lastly on the Priest tree, I did not get Miracle Relic to maximize Bind Relic. However, you can modify this... If you think MR is useful for you, then go get some points on Bind Relic and get at least 1 level for MR.

And lastly, on the Inquisitor Tree, I just left Shock Transition at level 1 because it doesn't gives extra electrocution rate. The only thing that will change is the additional 1 point on the applicable range. Your better of spending your SP on the cleric skills than on this.

Consecration is at max level and it is a no-brainer anyway :D. And lastly, all the ex versions are allocated with points. You know what are the enhancement it gives your priest skills and you just don't want to pass those by.
